What is CrossFit?


In technical terms:  Constantly varied, high intensity, functional fitness. In other words, we take different approaches and methods to high volume daily workouts, which will help you with every day basic movements, which in return result in accomplishing your personal specific goals. We combine Cardio, gymnastics, and Olympic weightlifting to form WODS (workout of the day) that will have you asking on the floor, gasping for air, asking for more!
