Why CrossFit? 1

If you’ve ever struggled to stick to a workout regimen or didn’t want to get off the couch and head to the gym, CrossFit is for you. Through community and the infamous whiteboard, CrossFit provides the external motivation that a lot of people need to stick to a plan and get fit. Your friends in the community will hold you accountable, and your score on the whiteboard will keep you pushing yourself.
